Installation Instructions

1. Choose installation location
   Identify where the RoomMate should be placed to allow for optimal coverage, based on the layout and size of the room.
2. Pull cables through mount
   Feed the necessary cables (power and, if used, Ethernet) through the ceiling mount. The mount allows the cables to be hidden inside.
3. Attach mount to ceiling
   Use four appropriate screws to secure the mount to a horizontal ceiling surface.
4. Adjust mounting height
   Set the mount to your desired length (between 30 and 60 cm). Pull cables through the mounting pipes before attaching.
5. Secure the arm and fasteners
   Attach the pipe to the base and tighten the screws. Use the torque wrench and ratchet to ensure the bracket is firmly fixed in place.
6. Install the RoomMate device
   Connect the power cable (and Ethernet if applicable) to the RoomMate and mount it securely to the bracket.
7. Confirm installation
   Once mounted, verify that the RoomMate is positioned correctly and stable. Then perform a digital supervision check in Pocket or Vista to confirm functionality.
